In the final phase of the DL/NW integration, the NW (012) carrier code will be discontinued, effective Wednesday June 30th, 2010.
Effective Thursday, July 1, 2010, all NW (012) transactions will be rejected and returned to agents unprocessed.
DL has requested that agents refer to their bulletin which provides guidelines for NW (012) transactions following the June 30th discontinuance.

ARC's offices will be closed on Monday, July 5, 2010, in observation of Independence Day. Agencies and CTDs will have an extra day to prepare the sales report for PED 07/04/10. Your weekly sales report must be authorized by midnight EST, Wednesday, July 7.

My ARC users can make changes to current account information by accessing the Edit Account screen. The Edit Account screen contains four tabs; each tab allows you to make changes to your account information.

At the My ARC Home page screen, click Edit in the upper right corner of the User Info box. Once selected, the Edit Account screen is displayed, set to the User Summary tab.
