ARC Customer Care Center: New Enhancements and Options for You

The Core principle of ARC's Customer Service Mandate is to provide the best possible help and assistance with all things ARC-related. In keeping with that, we are in the process of transforming and enhancing our support services with the rollout of a new software-based communications platform. Our new system will provide enhancements and options for you to communicate with us, including by telephone, email or chatting with us from our web site.

In the coming weeks, we will be implementing this technology and we will strive to make this a smooth and seamless change. Please be aware that in the future when you contact us, you will experience having more options available to you to communicate with ARC. We're excited and hope you will be, too.


SeaPort Airlines Joins ARC

SeaPort Airlines (K5/609) has joined ARC as a participating carrier effective with sales on June 14, 2010 (PED 06/20/10).

Serving Boeing Field in Seattle, Washington, SeaPort Airlines operates 36 daily scheduled flights in five Northwest cities with no TSA screening, bringing the convenience of a private aircraft to the average traveler for the same cost as commercial carriers.

SeaPort Airlines is a dba of Alaska Juneau Aeronautics, an FAA certified scheduled air service carrier with 25 years experience in commercial aviation. Alaska Juneau Aeronautics and SeaPort Air's sister airline Wings of Alaska are wholly-owned subsidiaries of SeaPort Air Group LLC, a Portland, Oregon-based company.

SeaPort Airlines offers daily flights in the Northwest and the mid-South, operating Pilatus PC-12 aircraft. The PC-12 is a Swiss-built pressurized turbine aircraft typically found in corporate aviation but utilized by SeaPort Airlines in a commuter configuration.

SeaPort Airlines has elected the General Concurrence method of agent appointment whereby all ARC agents are automatically appointed as agents of SeaPort unless specifically advised to the contrary by the carrier. Currently, SeaPort Airlines accepts Cash as the only form of payment through ARC.

Tunisair Now Accepts American Express

Effective immediately, Tunisair (TU/199) accepts American Express as a valid form of payment through ARC.


Air Caraibes Voluntarily Deletes from ARC

Air Caraibes (TX/427) is voluntarily terminating its Agreement with ARC effective June 21, 2010 (PED 06/27/10). Please submit all outstanding TX- validated transactions prior to that date. TX-validated transactions submitted with agents' 06/27/10 PED sales reports will be returned to the agents unprocessed, and should be sent directly to the attention of Air Caraibes at the address below:

Tip of the Week: Receiving Payments for Credit Memos in Memo Manager

Do you have a credit memo that you want to accept and receive the payment for? Please remember that to accept a credit memo for payment, you also have to "Pay Full" the credit memo to send it to IAR and therefore receive payment via your weekly IAR report.

At the Memo Detail screen,

  • Click the Pay Full button.
  • Once selected, the Memo Manager - Save screen displays, stating "Accepted amount is 0.00*. Are you sure you want to accept this memo?"
  • Click the Yes button to save the changes.
  • Once selected, you will see a confirmation at the top of the screen that the payment was successfully submitted to IAR.
  • Click the Cancel button to exit the screen without saving changes.
  • Once selected, the Memo Detail screen displays.
  • *The amount will reflect the "Pay Full" amount of the memo.
