Effective Monday, June 7, 2010 (PED 06/13/10), Aviacsa (6A/095) will terminate from ARC. Agents are requested to submit all outstanding Aviacsa (6A/095) validated transactions, with the exception of cash refunds, to ARC prior to the close of PED 06/06/10. Cash refunds should be sent directly to Aviacsa at the address below:

ARC's offices will be closed on Monday, May 31, 2010, in observance of Memorial Day. Agencies and CTDs will have an extra day to prepare the sales report for PED 5/30/10. Your weekly sales report must be authorized by midnight Wednesday, June 2, 2010.
Please note the following extension dates to modify and reconcile IAR transactions issued Friday, May 28 - Sunday May 30:
GDS/IAR Void Extension Date - Tuesday, June 1
Tuesday - Wednesday 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM Eastern
Thursday - Friday 9:00 AM to 7:30 PM Eastern
In observance of Memorial Day, ARC will be closed, Monday, May 31, 2010. To ensure that your order emergency order is received before Tuesday, June 1, your order should be placed in advance of the 4:00 pm cut-off on Thursday, May 27.
Any emergency orders placed on Friday, May 28, will not be delivered until Tuesday, June 1. Please order your stock accordingly.

Are you tired of requesting BOS files every morning? A BOS Scheduled Table may help.
Scheduled Tables are used to automatically process reports that target specific activity by day of week for the current and/or previous PED or by specific transaction type such as refunds or voids. The scheduled tables function may be used to:
IAR processing allows for a Sales Report to be authorized with errors. If that occurs, the errors roll to the next open Sales Report. Because of this, there is the potential that the IAR Sales Report and an agent's BOS will not reconcile.
