2007 ARC Transaction History File Now Available

ARC's Transaction History File containing your organization's transaction data for all of 2007 is available on CD through May 1. After this date, ARC is scheduled to purge the transaction information older than 39 months. Hurry to obtain this information before it is scheduled to be permanently deleted beginning in May.

This file provides you with your settled and voided transaction information for all PEDs in 2007. It comes equipped with FREE viewer software that allows you to easily search for a specific transaction, view it on screen, and print it onto a single page. Plus, the software is self-contained - there's nothing to install.

You can import the Transaction History text file into several popular software programs, such as Microsoft Excel and Access, in order to create reports, manage, sort, and analyze the data as you please. For more information, please call +1 703.816.8530, or click here to learn more.


Reminder - ARC Company Identification Number for Drafts

The bank account you have on file with ARC for drafting of weekly sales report settlements and other settlement-related transactions (annual fees, compensatory fees, TASF returned items, etc.) is drafted by Bank of America. These drafts are typically made with the ARC Company Identification Number of 1203272729 or 1521367276.

Please verify that your bank includes both Company Identification Numbers in any filters that may be in place on your bank account.

Below are the ARC Authorized Company ID numbers for bank account drafting purposes:

Company ID #1 1203272729

  • is primarily used for drafting of weekly sales report

Company ID #2 1521367276

  • is primarily used for TASF returned items, compensatory fees, agent product sales, and other transactions not related to your regular weekly settlement

Corsairfly Now Accepts American Express

Effective with sales of March 22, 2010 (PED 03/28/10), Corsairfly (SS/923) now accepts American Express as a valid form of payment through ARC.


S7 Airlines Now Accepts MasterCard and Visa

Effective with sales of March 22, 2010 (PED 03/28/10), S7 Airlines (S7/421) now accepts MasterCard and Visa as valid forms of payment through ARC.


Effective April 12 - Ticket Stock Return No Longer Required

ARC has eliminated the requirement that travel agents return unused ticket stock to ARC. Travel agents whose eticketing or other business practices have reduced their reliance on paper stock can destroy unused surplus and account for it by means of a simple affidavit submitted to ARC.

Effective April 12, the process for accounting and destroying unused ticket stock will be as follows:

Preparing the "Affidavit of Traffic Document Destruction"

  • Download Form 116 (Affidavit for Accountable Traffic Document Destruction)
  • Complete the form electronically, prepare the affidavit and proofread the stock control numbers to ensure accuracy. If you are destroying large quantities of stock and the inventory will not fit on one page, use additional forms as necessary
  • Fax the completed form to ARC @ +1 703.341.1228
  • Once the completed Affidavit for Accountable Traffic Document Destruction has been faxed to ARC, you need to destroy the documents listed on the form per the ARC destruction guidelines; Section 3.6, page 22 of the Industry Agents' Handbook.

  • On the login screen, click on 'Forgot Password' link
  • Enter your user name
  • Answer your security questions
  • A temporary password is automatically emailed to you from the system

  • The system will prompt you to change your password
