The Board of Directors of Airlines Reporting Corporation (ARC), following consultation with travel agent and carrier representatives, have approved a number of changes to the ARC Agent Reporting Agreement ("Agreement"). The amended Agreement and summary of changes are available for review on ARC's home page at www.arccorp.com and will be published in a future edition of the online Industry Agents' Handbook.
Please be advised, in accordance with section XXV of the Agreement - Memorandum of Agreement and Alternative Means of Concurrence - these changes will be effective March 15, 2010. Your continued participation with ARC under the Agreement after the March 15, 2010, effective date will serve as acceptance of the aforementioned amendments.
