B&H Airlines Joins ARC (Contact Update)

B&H Airlines (JA/995) has joined ARC as a participating carrier, effective with sales on December 14, 2009 (PED 12/20/09).

With headquarters in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, B&H Airlines operates scheduled flights from/to Sarajevo to/from Istanbul, Vienna, Zurich, Frankfurt, Dusseldorf, Stockholm, Gothenburg and Copenhagen. B&H Airlines operates Boeing 737 and ATR 72 airfcraft.

B&H Airlines has elected the General Concurrence method of agent appointment whereby all ARC-accredited agencies and corporate travel departments are automatically appointed as agents of B&H Airlines unless specifically advised to the contrary by the carrier. At this time, B&H Airlines accepts cash as the only form of payment through ARC.

ARC Christmas Holiday Information

Sales Report Submission

ARC's offices will be closed on Friday, December 25, 2009, in observance of the Christmas holiday. Your weekly sales report for PED 12/27/09 must be authorized by midnight, Tuesday, December 29.

Ticket Modification/Voiding Schedule

Please note the following dates to modify and reconcile IAR transactions issued on Thursday, December 24:

GDS Void/IAR Reconciliation Date - Monday, December 28

Customer Care Center hours for Christmas Week

Monday, December 21 & Tuesday, December 22: 9:00am - 9:00pm ET
Wednesday, December 23: 9:00am - 7:30pm ET
Thursday, December 24: 9:00am - 5:30pm ET
Friday, December 25: Closed for Christmas

Emergency Document Orders During the Christmas Holiday

In observance of the Christmas Holiday, ARC will be closed, December 25, 2009. To ensure that your order is processed in time for delivery your order should be placed in advance of our 4:00 pm cut off.

Orders placed Wednesday, December 23:

Next Day Delivery - your order will be delivered on Thursday, December 24
2nd Day Delivery - your order will be delivered on Monday, December 28

Orders placed on Thursday, December 24 and Friday, December 25:

Will not be processed until Monday, December 28
Will follow the normal delivery schedule

ARC New Year's Holiday Information

Sales Report Submission

ARC's offices will be closed on Friday, January 1, 2010, in observance of the New Year's Holiday. Agencies and Corporate Travel Departments will not have an extra day to prepare the sales report for PED 01/03/10. Your weekly sales report must be authorized by midnight, Tuesday, January 5 EST.

Tip of the Week: Exporting Memos in Memo Manager

I've been trying to Export my memos and it doesn't work!

You may need to check the security settings of your browser.
If you are using Internet Explorer:

  • Go to Tools then Internet Options.
  • On the Security tab be sure that the Internet icon is selected and choose Custom Level.
  • Scroll down to the Downloads section, under Automatic Prompting for file downloads
  • Check the radio button to Enable.
  • Scroll down to the Miscellaneous section under Display mixed content.
  • Again check the radio button to Enable.

Another tip is to hold the Ctrl key down while initiating the export and keep holding it through the entire exporting process.
