Maintenance is scheduled to be begin 12:00 AM ET on Sunday and will last until 12 Noon. All systems are expected to resume full operation at that time on Sunday afternoon.
Note to BOS users: BOS files will be generated after access to IAR is restored.
Sales Report Submission
ARC's offices will be closed on Thursday, November 26, 2009, in observance of the Thanksgiving Holiday. The Customer Care Center will be open on Friday, November 27. Your weekly sales report for PED 11/29/09 must be authorized by midnight, Tuesday, December 1.
Ticket Modification/Voiding Schedule
Please note the following dates to modify and reconcile IAR transactions issued on Wednesday, November 25:
GDS Void/IAR Reconciliation Date - Friday, November 27
Customer Care Center hours for Thanksgiving Week:
Monday, November 23 & Tuesday, November 24: 9:00am - 9:00pm EST
Wednesday, November 25: 9:00am - 7:30pm EST
Thursday, November 26: Closed for Thanksgiving
Friday, November 27: 9:00am - 5:30pm EST

Emergency orders placed Wednesday, November 25 before 4pm EST will ship the same day and arrive on Friday, November 27 2009.
2nd Day Delivery orders placed on Wednesday, November 25 before 4:00 EST will arrive Monday, November 30.
Emergency orders placed Friday, November, 27 will ship on Monday, November 30 and arrive Tuesday, December 1, 2009.
