Federal Banking Institutions will be closed on Wednesday, November 11, 2009, in observance of the Veteran's Day holiday. Due to this closure, cash disbursements for PED 11/01/09 will be generated on Thursday, November 12, 2009.
Due to scheduled network maintenance, the following ARC systems will be unavailable this coming Sunday, November 15:

Maintenance is scheduled to be begin 12:00 pm ET on Sunday and will last until 7:00 am ET Monday (November 16, 2009). All systems are expected to resume full operation at that time on Monday morning.
Special note for BOS users: Any automated BOS PM file scheduled for Sunday evening (November 15) will not be generated. However, the automated AM BOS files for both Sunday and Monday will be delivered as regularly scheduled.
Sales Report Submission
ARC's offices will be closed on Thursday, November 26, 2009, in observance of the Thanksgiving Holiday. The Customer Care Center will be open on Friday, November 27. Your weekly sales report for PED 11/29/09 must be authorized by midnight, Tuesday, December 1.
Ticket Modification/Voiding Schedule

Scheduled Tables are used to automatically process reports that target specific activity by day of week for the current and/or previous PED or by specific transaction type such as refunds or voids.
The scheduled tables function may be used to:
IAR processing allows for a Sales Report to be authorized with errors. If that occurs, the errors roll to the next open Sales Report. Because of this, there is the potential that the IAR Sales Report and an agent's BOS will not reconcile.
