ARC Memo Manager
Maintenance is scheduled to be begin 12:00 pm ET on Sunday and will last until 7:00 am ET Monday (November 2, 2009). All systems are expected to resume full operation at that time.
Effective with sales of October 26, 2009 (PED 11/01/09), US Helicopter (UH/116) no longer accepts UATP as a valid form of payment through ARC.
Effective November 1, 2009, a new ARC Specialist Question and Answer Pool will be used for the ARC Specialist examination. ARC Specialist candidates who are planning on testing after November 1, 2009 will need the new set of questions for study purposes. The new ARC Specialist Question and Answer Pool can be found here on the arccorp.com ARC Specialist training page.

Have a memo that you need to dispute or to request additional information to complete your research? You can do that in Memo Manager.
To dispute a memo, at the Memo Detail screen:
Please note, if you are simply entering comments in the public correspondence to a carrier, the status of the memo will not change. Therefore, if you are actually disputing a memo, we recommend using the dispute feature outlined above.
Once you have completed this process, the status of the memo will change to Open-Dispute Pending. The carrier will know you have submitted a dispute as they will be working memos in the Open-Dispute Pending status. At this point, the carrier will either accept or reject the dispute.
