Beginning on August 15th, 2009, airline travelers are required to provide additional information during the reservation process. TSA (Transportation Security Administration) has provided a brief overview of the Secure Flight program as well as links to resources that travel agencies may use to help educate and inform their customers of the new requirements. Air Botswana (BP/636) has joined ARC as a participating carrier, effective with sales on August 17, 2009 (PED 08/23/09). In operation since 1972, Air Botswana is the national airline of Botswana and wholly owned by the government of the Republic of Botswana.
With headquarters in Gaborone, Botswana, Air Botswana operates domestic scheduled flights to Francistown, Kasane and Maun, as well as regional flights to Johannesburg, South Africa and Harare, Zimbabwe, from its hub at Gaborone. In addition, effective September 4, 2009, Air Botswana and Kenya Airlines will be operating joint jet services between Nairobi and Gaborone.
Air Botswana operates ATR 42 and ATR 72 aircraft, and is displayed in Amadeus, Sabre and Galileo. The airline is offering a 5% sales commission on published fares to ARC-accredited agents.
Air Botswana has elected the General Concurrence method of agent appointment whereby all ARC agents are automatically appointed as agents of Air Botswana unless specifically advised to the contrary by the carrier. At this time, Air Botswana accepts cash as the only valid form of payment through ARC.

You can print a copy of your sales summary from any computer with Internet access and a printer. Log into MyARC at https://myarc.arccorp.com/PortalApp/PreLogin.portal.
In the Tool box on the left, click the Internet Sales Summary link
Then click on view link either under Last 3 PEDs or Last 24 Months column of the ACN# report you need.
Or, if you click the view link under Last 24 Months column
Open the sales report that you are searching for by clicking on the line that displays the PED.
Remember the PED reads year(YY)/month(MM)/day(DD)
Click on the printer (print report) icon in the upper left corner to print.
