ARC is suspending processing of Air Senegal (V7/407), effective with sales of June 15, 2009 (PED 06/21/09). V7-transactions submitted in sales reports for PED 06/21/09 and thereafter will be returned unprocessed. Travel professionals still holding C7-transactions subject to remittance or refund after June 14 are asked to contact the carrier directly at:

Training classes for ARC MarketPlace - which will also include information about additional revenue-generating opportunities - are being offered now. Each free one-hour interactive training class will be conducted online with audio conferencing through Microsoft Live Meeting. Classes will be led by an ARC instructor and participants can ask questions while viewing and following the instructor's presentation.
Class dates are scheduled to be held once a month throughout 2009.

You can print a copy of your sales summary from any computer with Internet access and a printer. Log into MyARC at https://myarc.arccorp.com/PortalApp/PreLogin.portal.
In the Tool box on the left, click the Internet Sales Summary link
Then click on view link either under Last 3 PEDs or Last 24 Months column of the ACN# report you need.
Or, if you click the view link under Last 24 Months column
Open the sales report that you are searching for by clicking on the line that displays the PED.
Remember the PED reads year(YY)/month(MM)/day(DD)
Click on the printer (print report) icon in the upper left corner to print.
