ARC's New & Improved Website

ARC's website has been completely revamped, making it easier to use, more intuitive for all users, and more aesthetically appealing.

Thanks to valuable collaboration of site users during beta testing, the bold new web design rolled out on May 1. Site features include:

  • Intuitive navigation - Clean, easy to use, simplified
  • Agency Locator - Allows consumers to input a zip code or city/state to find an ARC-accredited agent (maps powered by Google™)
  • Improved product information - Features and benefits help find the best solution to customer needs
  • Specialized point of contact - We ask specific questions to ensure you speak to someone who knows exactly how to help you.

These dynamic changes reflect ARC's dedication to establishing and maintaining improved customer care. Please check out the new and improved today.

ARC Customer Care Center - New Operating Hours, New Phone Options, and a New Name

The help and assistance you need for all things ARC-related is now called the ARC Customer Care Center (CCC). Formerly the ARC Customer Service Center (CSC), the change is meant to represent ARC's empahsis on improving and maintaining the best customer service.

The Customer Care Center business hours have been changed for Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays only. The hours of operation are:

Monday and Tuesday - 9:00am - 9:00pm EST
Wednesday thru Friday - 9:00am - 7:30pm EST

The Customer Care Center helpline remains +1 703.816.8003 but the phone menu options have changed. The new phone options are:

Commissionable Products and Services - option #1

ARC has opened the Commissionable Products and Services queue to support ARC's many offerings that range from selling travel on, charging travel agency service fees on Agent's Choice, selling ARC Prepaid MasterCards, and rendering expedited visa and passport services.

Accreditations - option #3

Spanish, Puerto Rico & the Virgin Islands - option #4

All others - option #5

By making these changes to our business hours and phone menu options, we will be able to better assist you, our customers.

Mokulele Airlines - Form of Payment Acceptance Correction

Mokulele Airlines (MW/415) joined ARC as a participating carrier in February. At that time, Mokulele's forms of payment accepted through ARC were miscommunicated. Mokulele accepts American Express and cash as the only valid forms of payment through ARC.

Air Baltic No Longer Accepts American Express

Effective with sales of May 4, 2009 (PED 05/10/09), Air Baltic (BT/657) no longer accepts American Express as a valid form of payment through ARC.

Virgin Nigeria Airways No Longer Accepts UATP

Effective with sales of May 4, 2009 (PED 05/10/09), Virgin Nigeria Airways (VK/786) no longer accepts UATP as a valid form of payment through ARC.

Tip of the Week: Attaching Documentation in Memo Manager

Disputing a memo in ARC Memo Manager and need to add supporting documentation? Here's how.

From the Memo Detail screen, under the Attachment section:

  • Click Add File button
  • A pop up box will allow you to select the file you would like to attach to the memo
  • Click Browse to select the file you would like to attach
  • Select the file and click Upload
  • The file will then be attached to the memo
