2006 ARC Transaction History File Available Until May 1

ARC's Transaction History File with data for the full year of 2006 is available on CD until May 1. After this date, ARC will begin to purge all transaction information older than 39 months.

This file provides you with your settled and voided transaction information for all PEDs in 2006. It comes equipped with FREE viewer software that allows you to easily search for a specific transaction, view it on screen, and print it onto a single page. Plus, the software is self-contained - there's nothing to install.

You can import the Transaction History text file into several popular software programs, such as Microsoft Excel and Access, in order to create reports, manage, sort, and analyze the data as you please. For further information, please call +1 703.816.8530 or Click here to learn more.


ARC Suspends Air Fiji

ARC is suspending its processing of Fiji Air (PC/677) effective immediately. PC-transactions submitted in sales reports for PED 05/03/09 and thereafter will be returned unprocessed. While Air Fiji transactions have recently been inactive, travel professionals holding C7-transactions subject to remittance or refund are asked to contact the carrier directly at:

ARC Customer Support Center - Operating Hours and Phone Options

The ARC Customer Support Center business hours have been changed for Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays only. The Hours of Operation are:

Monday and Tuesday - 9:00am - 9:00pm EST
Wednesday thru Friday - 9:00am - 7:30pm EST

The Customer Support Center helpline remains +1 703.816.8003 but the phone menu options have been changed. The new phone options are:

Commissionable Products and Services - option #1

ARC has opened the Commissionable Products and Services queue to support ARC's many offerings that range from selling travel on arcmarketplace.com, charging travel agency service fees on Agent's Choice, selling ARC Prepaid MasterCards, and rendering expedited visa and passport services.

Accreditations - option #3

Spanish, Puerto Rico & the Virgin Islands - option #4

All others - option #5

By making these changes to our business hours and phone menu options, we will be able to better assist you, our customers.


Tip of the Week: Holiday Schedule & Sales Reports

Please remember that your IAR report is due by Tuesday, at 11:59 p.m., Eastern Time, on the Tuesday following the close of the sales report period or on the Wednesday following the close of the sales report period, if Monday or Tuesday is a holiday designated in the Industry Agents' Handbook.
