ARC Memo Manager Update

Delta Air Lines

Delta Air Lines has announced that they will begin using ARC Memo Manager for Debit and Credit Memos issued after February 16th, 2009. Upon implementation, all memos will be distributed electronically through Memo Manager. Delta encourages all agency partners to join the green initiative by utilizing this cost effective distribution channel.

US Airways

US Airways announces they will begin using Memo Manager in the near future. When implemented, all newly issued memos will be distributed electronically through Memo Manager. If you are not already registered, please register to access, view and correspond regarding memos. Please note that paper delivery of debit memos will end upon implementation.

Mokulele Airlines - ARC's Newest Carrier

Mokulele Airlines (MW/415) has joined ARC as a participating carrier, effective with sales on February 16, 2008 (PED 02/22/09).

With headquarters in Honolulu, Hawaii, Mokulele Airlines services the islands of Hawaii, Kauai, Oahu, Maui, Lanai and Molokai, using Embraer 170 Cessna 208 Grand Caravan aircraft.

Mokulele Airlines has elected the General Concurrence method of agent appointment whereby all ARC-accredited agencies and corporate travel departments are automatically appointed as agents of Mokulele Airlines unless specifically advised to the contrary by the carrier. In addition to cash, Mokulele accepts American Express as a valid form of payment through ARC.

We Need Your Feedback On Our New Website

ARC's website is undergoing a multi-step redesign. This will significantly change the look and feel of arccorp.com and add several enhancements that will improve the user experience. Tip of the Week: Changing My ARC Security Questions

From the Security Questions tab you can change the questions. Upon initial access to the screen the user's current security questions display. To change your security questions:

At the My ARC Home page screen,

  1. Click the Edit link located in the upper right-hand corner of User Info box. Once selected, the Edit Account screen displays set to the User Summary tab.
  2. Click the Security Questions tab to access the Security Questions screen.
  3. Click the Question 1 drop down box to select a new question 1. Once selected, an answer textbox displays.
  4. Type an answer to Question 1 in the Answer textbox.
  5. Click the Question 2 drop down box to select a new question 2. Once selected, an answer textbox displays.
  6. Type an answer to Question 2 in the Answer textbox.
  7. Click the Question 3 drop down box to select a new question 3. Once selected, an answer textbox displays.
  8. Type an answer to Question 3 in the Answer textbox.
  9. Click the Save button to submit the change password request and return to the screen from which the Security Questions screen was entered.
  10. Click the Cancel button to cancel the change password request and return to the screen from which the Security Questions screen was entered.

Note: If you change your security questions you must change all three at the same time. My ARC will not allow you to only change one at a time. All three answers must be different.
