ARC Memo Manager Update

Alaska Airlines has announced that they will begin using ARC Memo Manager for Debit and Credit Memos issued after February 1, 2009. When they implement, all memos will be distributed electronically through ARC Memo Manager. For additional details on Alaska Airlines policy, please visit www.alaskaair.com/travelagent/home.asp.

Presidents' Day Holiday Information - February 16, 2009

Sales Report Submission

ARC's offices will be open on Monday, February 16, 2009, for the Presidents' Day Holiday. Agencies and CTDs will not have an extra day to prepare the sales report for PED 02/15/09. Your weekly sales report must be authorized by midnight Tuesday, February 17.

Ticket Void Schedule

Please note the following dates to modify and reconcile IAR transactions issued Friday, February 13:

GDS Void Date/IAR Reconciliation - Monday, February 16.

ARC will be open and operating Monday, February 16 with the normal Customer Support Center hours of 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM Eastern. If you have any questions, please contact the Customer Support Center at 703.816.8003.


We Need Your Feedback On Our New Website

ARC's website is undergoing a multi-step redesign. This will significantly change the look and feel of arccorp.com and add several enhancements that will improve the user experience. We need your help before it goes live. Register now to be part of our beta-test program, starting in early February, and get a sneak peek of the new arccorp.com. You'll get to "kick the tires" and provide feedback on the new site. Beta users will have access to the new site prior to public release but will also have the ability to view the current site.

Tip of the Week: Printing the Sales Summary

You can print a copy of your sales summary from any computer with Internet access and a printer.

Log into MyARC at https://myarc.arccorp.com/PortalApp/PreLogin.portal and

  • In the Tool box on the left, click the Internet Sales Summary link
  • Click on view link either under Last 3 PEDs or Last 24 Months column of the ACN# report you need
  • If you clicked the view link under the Last 3 PEDs column,
    • on the left side, click CURRENT RPTS - LAST 3 PEDS
    • Enter your ARC number in the ACN# field
    • Click OK
  • If you clicked the view link under Last 24 Months column
    • On the left side, click on the quarter that the sales report that you are searching for is in
    • Enter your ARC number in the ACN# field
    • Click OK
  • Open the sales report that you are searching for by clicking on the line that displays the PED.

    Remember the PED reads year(YY)/month(MM)/day(DD)

    Click on the printer (print report) icon in the upper left corner
