Alaska Airlines has announced that they will begin using ARC Memo Manager for Debit and Credit Memos issued after February 1, 2009. Sales Report Submission
ARC's offices will be open on Monday, February 16, 2009, for the Presidents' Day Holiday. Agencies and CTDs will not have an extra day to prepare the sales report for PED 02/15/09. Your weekly sales report must be authorized by midnight Tuesday, February 17.
Ticket Void Schedule
Please note the following dates to modify and reconcile IAR transactions issued Friday, February 13:
GDS Void Date/IAR Reconciliation - Monday, February 16.

ARC's website is undergoing a multi-step redesign. This will significantly change the look and feel of arccorp.com and add several enhancements that will improve the user experience.
