PublicCharters.com (P1/351) has joined ARC effective with sales on December 29, 2008 (PED 01/04/09).
PublicCharters.com is based in Northeastern Pennsylvania and currently serves Southern Florida, the Caribbean and select U.S. regional markets. Their business model uses chartered aircraft to serve routes lacking scheduled service, and includes plans to make seats available to the traveling public on corporate jet aircraft.
PublicCharters.com has elected the General Concurrence method of agent appointment, whereby all ARC-accredited agencies and corporate travel departments are automatically appointed as agents of the carrier, unless specifically advised to the contrary by the carrier. Currently, PublicCharters.com accepts MasterCard, Visa and cash as forms of payment through ARC.
Wednesday, December 31st (New Year's Eve), the Customer Support Center will close at 7 P.M. EST.
Sales Report Submission
ARC's offices will be closed on Thursday, January 1, 2009, in observance of the New Year's Holiday. Agencies and Corporate Travel Departments will not have an extra day to prepare the sales report for PED 01/04/09. Your weekly sales report must be authorized by midnight, Tuesday, January 6.

Please note the following dates to modify and reconcile IAR transactions issued Wednesday, December 31:
Emergency Document Orders During the New Year's Holiday - UPDATED
Emergency orders placed on Tuesday, December 30, before 4:00 Eastern Standard Time will be delivered Wednesday, December 31. Emergency orders placed on Wednesday, December 31, Thursday, January 1, or Friday, January 2 will be delivered Tuesday, January 6 due to RR Donnelley scheduling.
