Sales Report Submission
ARC's offices will be closed on Thursday, December 25 and Friday, December 26, 2008, in observance of the Christmas Holiday. Agencies and Corporate Travel Departments will not have an extra day to prepare the sales report for PED 12/28/08. Your weekly sales report must be authorized by midnight, Tuesday, December 30.

Emergency Document Orders During the Christmas Holiday
Emergency orders placed on Wednesday, December 24, before 4:00 Eastern Standard Time will be delivered Friday, December 26 due to UPS scheduling. Emergency orders placed on Thursday, December 25 or Friday, December 26, will be delivered Tuesday, December 30.

ARC is pleased to introduce Single Sign On to Interactive Agent Reporting (IAR) via My ARC. Access to IAR will now be made only through My ARC without the requirement of an additional login.

Effective with sales of December 8, 2008 (PED 12/14/08), PLUNA (PU/286) accepts UATP as a form of payment through ARC.
Training classes for ARC MarketPlace - which will also include information about additional revenue-generating opportunities - are being offered this fall. Each free one-hour interactive training class will be conducted online with audio conferencing through Microsoft Live Meeting. Classes will be led by an ARC instructor and participants can ask questions while viewing and following the instructor's presentation.
There will be four opportunities to participate, with class dates scheduled to be held in September, October, November and December.
