IAR Access Available Only Through My ARC - Beginning Thursday, December 4th

(If you have already activated your My ARC account, please disregard this notice.)

If you have not registered for My ARC, register today. Your IAR account will be accessible only through My ARC beginning Thursday, December 4, 2008.

Registration for My ARC is currently available to all IAR users. My ARC is your centralized access point to a growing list of ARC tools and resources.

Benefits of My ARC:

  • Self-service password resets
  • Single sign-on for ISS and, in the future, for IAR
  • Delegated administrative capabilities such as granting or revoking ISS access via simple administrative interface.
  • View content specific to Travel Professionals

To take advantage of all the features and benefits My ARC has to offer, we encourage you to have all employees who are active users of IAR register for My ARC accounts.

ARC Christmas Holiday Information

Sales Report Submission

ARC's offices will be closed on Thursday, December 25 and Friday, December 26, 2008, in observance of the Christmas Holiday. Agencies and Corporate Travel Departments will not have an extra day to prepare the sales report for PED 12/28/08. Your weekly sales report must be authorized by midnight, Tuesday, December 30.

Ticket Modification/Voiding Schedule

Please note the following dates to modify and reconcile IAR transactions issued Wednesday, December 24 and Thursday, December 25:

  • GDS Void Date: Friday, December 26
  • IAR Reconciliation Date: Monday, December 29

Emergency Document Orders During the Christmas Holiday

Emergency orders placed on Wednesday, December 24, before 4:00 Eastern Standard Time will be delivered Friday, December 26 due to UPS scheduling.
Emergency orders placed on Thursday, December 25 or Friday, December 26, will be delivered Tuesday, December 30.

Please place your document order early to avoid delays. You may direct any questions to ARC's Customer Support Center at +1 703.816.8003.

My ARC Will Be Offline for Scheduled Maintenance

Due to scheduled maintenance, My ARC will be inaccessible from 1 a.m. EST through 7 a.m. EST Thursday, December 4th. This will preclude users from accessing any application residing behind My ARC until My ARC returns online that day at 7:01 a.m. EST.

Tip of the Week: Remember to Reconcile Your IAR Report on a Daily Basis

Make transaction modifications and reconcile your IAR Report on a daily basis. By reconciling your IAR Report on a daily basis, you ensure that you will not miss the void window deadline.
