Effective with sales of November 17, 2008 (PED 11/23/08), Aerogal (2K/547) accepts American Express as a valid form of payment through ARC.
Effective with sales of Monday, November 24, 2008 (PED 11/30/08), Insel Air (7I/958) accepts Visa and MasterCard as valid forms of payment through ARC.
Sales Report Submission
ARC's offices will be closed on Thursday, November 27 and Friday, November 28, 2008, in observance of the Thanksgiving Holiday. Agencies and Corporate Travel Departments will not have an extra day to prepare the sales report for PED 11/30/08. Your weekly sales report must be authorized by midnight, Tuesday, December 2.
Ticket Modification/Voiding Schedule
Please note the following dates to modify and reconcile IAR transactions issued Wednesday, November 26 and Thursday, November 27:
Emergency Document Orders During the Thanksgiving Holiday
In observance of the Thanksgiving Holiday, ARC will be closed, November 27 and Friday, November 28, 2008.
Emergency orders placed on Wednesday, November 26, before 4:00 Eastern Standard Time will be delivered Friday, November 28 due to UPS scheduling. Emergency orders placed on Thursday, November 27 or Friday, November 28, will be delivered Monday, December 2. Please place your document order early to avoid delays. You may direct any questions to ARC's Customer Support Center at +1 703.816.8003.
Due to scheduled maintenance, My ARC will be inaccessible from 1 a.m. EST through 7 a.m. EST Thursday, December 4th. This will preclude users from accessing any application residing behind My ARC until My ARC returns online that day at 7:01 a.m. EST.
