Sales Report Submission
ARC's offices will be closed on Thursday, November 27 and Friday, November 28, 2008, in observance of the Thanksgiving Holiday. Agencies and Corporate Travel Departments will not have an extra day to prepare the sales report for PED 11/30/08. Your weekly sales report must be authorized by midnight, Tuesday, December 2.

Emergency Document Orders During the Thanksgiving Holiday
In observance of the Thanksgiving Holiday, ARC will be closed, November 27 and Friday, November 28, 2008.
Emergency orders placed on Wednesday, November 26, before 4:00 Eastern Standard Time will be delivered Friday, November 28 due to UPS scheduling. Emergency orders placed on Thursday, November 27 or Friday, November 28, will be delivered Monday, December 2. Please place your document order early to avoid delays. Training classes for ARC MarketPlace - which will also include information about additional revenue-generating opportunities - are being offered this fall. Each free one-hour interactive training class will be conducted online with audio conferencing through Microsoft Live Meeting. Classes will be led by an ARC instructor and participants can ask questions while viewing and following the instructor's presentation.
There will be four opportunities to participate, with class dates scheduled to be held in September, October, November and December.
