In response to ongoing feedback from travel agent customers and in recognition of growing individual carrier interest in more comprehensive collection solutions, ARC is discontinuing the use of Payment Express and its related automated collection of carrier fees and charges. The last cycle of Payment Express invoices will be distributed by November 14, 2008. All agents are advised to follow the current dispute process for each carrier found at payment_express.html. ARC continually strives to improve and enhance all of our product solutions and services. Throughout the balance of this year we will be rolling out Revenue Integrity Solutions, a fresh approach to the ARC revenue support services that provide value to carriers and agents alike. Revenue Integrity Solutions includes the many fraud-controlling functions that ARC currently offers, such as fraud alerts and fraud-detection tools, and will include new automated fraud-control services to agencies.
Within ARC's Revenue Integrity Solutions and resulting from our most recent efforts to streamline revenue collection and crediting settlement processes, we are also pleased to announce a number of Revenue Recovery Services offerings. Revenue Recovery Services features ARC Memo Manager - expected to accommodate the segment fees and booking charges formerly billed on behalf of carriers, and their respective policies, under Payment Express. The significant difference between the two is that under ARC Memo Manager, the travel agent initiates payment. Revenue Recovery Services will also utilize ARC Memo Manager in the collection of debits related to the Agent Reporting Agreement, including unreported sales and credit card chargebacks.

Effective with sales of October 27, 2008 (PED 11/02/08), Flybaboo (F7/033) accepts UATP as a form of payment through ARC.
Sales Report Submission
ARC's offices will be open on Tuesday, November 11, 2008, for Veterans Day. Agencies and CTDs will not have an extra day to prepare the sales report for PED 11/9/08. Weekly sales reports must be authorized by midnight Tuesday, November 11.
