On Friday, October 10, from 1:15 AM EST until 3:15 AM EST, ARC will be conducting scheduled maintenance which will preclude access to all ARC network-based applications, including My ARC, DRS, ISS, Memo Manager, Agent's Choice and TRS. ARC's web site and email systems will also be inaccessible at this time. Accessibility to the network will resume at 3:16 AM EST.
Training classes for ARC MarketPlace - which will also include information about additional revenue-generating opportunities - are being offered this fall. Each free one-hour interactive training class will be conducted online with audio conferencing through Microsoft Live Meeting. Classes will be led by an ARC instructor and participants can ask questions while viewing and following the instructor's presentation.
There will be four opportunities to participate, with class dates scheduled to be held in September, October, November and December.
