IAR Access Available Through

User access to IAR became unavailable late last week during integration with My ARC. User Access to IAR was restored and is now available through until further notice.

Notice of Changes to the Agent Reporting Agreement

The Board of Directors of Airlines Reporting Corporation (ARC), following consultation with travel agent and carrier representatives, approved a number of changes to the ARC Agent Reporting Agreement ("Agreement"). The amended Agreement and summary of changes are available for review on ARC's home page at and will be published in a future edition of the online Industry Agents' Handbook.

Please be advised, in accordance with section XXV of the Agreement - Memorandum of Agreement and Alternative Means of Concurrence - these changes will be effective November 10, 2008. Your continued participation with ARC under the Agreement after the November 10, 2008, effective date will serve as acceptance of the aforementioned amendments. ARC MarketPlace Commission Payment Options for ARC Participating Agents

ARC participating agents can now choose to have ARC MarketPlace commission payments paid directly into their IAR bank account. If you prefer to continue receiving commission payments via a credit memo in ARC Memo Manager, then no further action is required.

DIRECT DEPOSIT OPTION: To request payment by direct deposit, send an e-mail to stating that you want to receive your commission payments via direct deposit. Please also include:

  • ARC Number
  • Agency Name
  • Agent Name
  • Phone Number
  • Proper e-mail address to receive ARC MarketPlace commission payment monthly report

Any unclaimed ARC MarketPlace commission payment credit memos that your agency currently may have in ARC Memo Manager will be included with that first direct deposit.
