The Board of Directors of Airlines Reporting Corporation (ARC), following consultation with travel agent and carrier representatives, approved a number of changes to the ARC Agent Reporting Agreement ("Agreement"). The amended Agreement and summary of changes are available for review on ARC's home page at www.arccorp.com and will be published in a future edition of the online Industry Agents' Handbook.
Please be advised, in accordance with section XXV of the Agreement - Memorandum of Agreement and Alternative Means of Concurrence - these changes will be effective November 10, 2008. Your continued participation with ARC under the Agreement after the November 10, 2008, effective date will serve as acceptance of the aforementioned amendments. On Friday, September 19, from 1:15 AM EST until 2:15 AM EST (approximately 1 hour), ARC will be conducting Firewall maintenance which will preclude access to all ARC network-based applications, including IAR, DRS, ISS, My ARC, Memo Manager, Agent's Choice, TRS, and also including www.arccorp.com. Accessibility to all online applications and the web site will resume at 2:16 AM EST, September the 19th.
ARC will be performing scheduled DRS maintenance on Sunday September 21, 2008. DRS will be inaccessible from 1:00 a.m. EST until 3:00 a.m. EST. It will be back online and accessible at 3:01 a.m. EST, Sunday the 21st.
If you have already activated your My ARC account, please disregard this item.
IF NOT, your IAR account will go live behind My ARC on September 25, 2008, so please Register Today.
Registration for My ARC is currently available to all IAR users. My ARC is your centralized access point to a growing list of ARC tools and resources.

Effective with sales of September 15, 2008 (PED 09/21/08), Midwest Airlines (YX/453) no longer accepts Discover as a form of payment through ARC.
Training classes for ARC MarketPlace - which will also include information about additional revenue-generating opportunities - are being offered this fall. Each free one-hour interactive training class will be conducted online with audio conferencing through Microsoft Live Meeting. Classes will be led by an ARC instructor and participants can ask questions while viewing and following the instructor's presentation.
There will be four opportunities to participate, with class dates scheduled to be held in September, October, November and December.
