2008 Annual Agency Fee to be Recalculated and Bank Account Draft of Quarterly Transaction Fees to be Delayed
On Thursday, July 17, the Independent Arbitration Panel (IAP) ruled against ARC's proposals in regard to the 2008 annual location fee and the quarterly transaction fee originally announced by ARC in December 2007.

Air Uganda (U7/926), Uganda's national flag carrier, has joined ARC as a participating carrier, effective with sales on July 21, 2008 (PED 07/27/08).
