KD avia (KD/093) will join ARC as a participating carrier effective with sales as of April 21, 2008 (PED 04/27/08).
KD avia is headquartered in Kaliningrad Russia. Acting as a bridge between Europe and Russia, KD avia serves 27 routes - 12 destinations in Russia, Kazakhstan, and 15 destinations in Europe. From its hub in Kaliningrad, KD avia provides convenient connections for passengers flying between Russian regions and European capitals. KD avia operates Boeing 737-300 aircraft.
Among the Eastern destinations are Moscow, St. Petersburg, Chelyabinsk, Kazan, Omsk, Ufa, Rostov, Nizhny Novgorod, Samara, Volgograd, Perm and also Astana (Kazakhstan). They are all connected to European cities: Dusseldorf, Berlin, Munich, Hannover, Hamburg, London, Paris, Prague, Barcelona, Kiev, Odessa, Milan, Rome, Vienna and also Tel-Aviv.
All routes of KD avia are ET-eligible, with ETs enabled in Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, and with Worldspan expected soon. KD avia provides published comissionable fares, including seamen fares and weekend fares; commission level for U.S. agents will be 7%.
As KD avia has elected the General Concurrence method of agent appointment, all ARC-accredited agencies and corporate travel departments are automatically appointed as agents of the carrier unless specifically advised to the contrary by the carrier. At this time, KD avia accepts Diner's Club International, Mastercard and Visa as forms of payment through ARC.

JetLite (S2/705) is voluntarily withdrawing from ARC effective April 28, 2008 (PED May 4, 2008). Travel Professionals are requested to plate future S2/705 sales through ARC under the Jet Airways (9W/589) carrier code.
Agents are encouraged to submit all other outstanding S2 transactions to ARC prior to April 28, 2008 (PED May 4, 2008). S2-validated transactions submitted April 28th and after will be returned to agents unprocessed and should be sent directly to the Jet Airways GSA, at the address below:

You may have already received communication about registering for My ARC, which is an Internet portal that provides users a central access point to a growing list of ARC tools and resources. Internet Sales Summary (ISS) access will only be available through My ARC starting Wednesday, April 30. IAR will be integrated with My ARC at a later date.
To take advantage of all the benefits and features My ARC has to offer, we encourage you to have all employees who are active users of IAR and ISS register for My ARC accounts.
Due to scheduled maintenance, My ARC will be inaccessible from 9 p.m. EST Tuesday, April 29th, through 7 a.m. EST Wednesday, April 30th. This will preclude users from accessing any applications living behind My ARC, including ISS (Internet Sales Summary), until My ARC returns online at 7:01 am EST, Wednesday the 30th.
Effective PED 04/27/08, Meridiana Airlines (IG/191) accepts MasterCard and Visa as forms of payment through ARC.
