The anticipated LAN Service Alliance implementation of a single ticket identifier number for all of its member airlines has been POSTPONED indefinitely. Consequently, until further notice ticket issuance coding for the individual airlines within the alliance will remain LAN Airlines (LA/045), LAN Argentina (4M/469), LAN Ecuador (XL/462), and LAN Peru (LP/544).
For any additional questions regarding the LAN Service Alliance airlines' ticket identifier numbers, please contact representatives of the individual LAN Service Alliance carriers.
Sales Report Submission
ARC's offices will be closed on Monday, September 3, 2007, in observance of Labor Day. Agencies and CTDs will have an extra day to prepare the sales report for PED 09/02/07. Your weekly sales report must be authorized by midnight Wednesday, September 5.
Ticket Modification/Voiding Schedule

IAR and the Back Office System (BOS) file will be enhanced so as to mask credit card numbers in the Form of Payment and Fare Calculation fields. The purpose of this enhancement is to comply with the Payment Card Industry (PCI) standards, ARC's Corporate Security Guidelines and to better protect your data.
Credit card numbers displayed in the form of payment and fare calculation fields will be masked by asterisks except for the last 4 digits of the number. Credit card numbers will be masked by default for all IAR users and unmasked by default for BOS with the option to mask.
Implementation of this enhancement is scheduled for late August/early September. Updated information pertaining to this change will be communicated once a final implementation date has been established. For detailed information on this enhancement, please refer to IAR Help News and Information.

To identify who your IAR Administrator is, click on the 'Forgotten your Username or Password?' link on the IAR Login page. By entering your ARC#, you will be provided with the name of your agency's IAR Administrator(s). Your organizations' IAR Administrator will be able to provide your IAR username, and reset your password.
