If you are a user and still have problems with your password, contact your agency's Primary Administrator.
If you are the agency's Primary Administrator, contact ARC with your agency's ARC number, your user ID, security manager name, and security question and answer.
Resetting a user's password
On the DRS login screen, click on the ARC Compass Profile Administration System link, then use your normal DRS login to access the Administration System. After logging in, check the box next to the locked user and click on "reset password."
Finding recently-issued transactions
By default, the search function in DRS is set to "settled". Change this option to "initial."
