You have accessed the Airlines Reporting Corporation ("ARC") ARC Check Web site for the verification of ARC Accredited Agents. In return for gaining access to the Site and using it, you agree to be bound by this Agreement without limitation or qualification, so please carefully review this Agreement before proceeding. If you do not intend to be legally bound by this Agreement's terms and conditions ("Terms"), do not access and use the Site. ARC reserves the right to revise these Terms and the services mentioned on the Site, without notice. In the case of any violation of these Terms, ARC reserves the right to seek all remedies available by law and in equity for search violations. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved. Please check back periodically to review any changes to these Terms. ARC also reserves the right to deny you access to the Site at any time. The titles in this Agreement are provided only for your convenience and are not to be used in interpreting the Agreement.

All information, products, services and software contained on or used in the Site ("Content") is Copyrighted by ARC, or the trademarks, logos, service marks, and trade dress (collectively the "Trademarks") displayed on the Site are the property of ARC. By using this site you agree that these Terms are subject to, and shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia without regard to its choice of law principles. ARC makes no representations that materials at this Site are appropriate or available for use at locations outside the United States. If you access this site from locations outside of the United States, you are responsible for compliance with all local laws.

By using this site you agree that any and all disputes relating to, or arising from these Terms or your access to, or use of this Site shall be resolved in the United States Federal District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia or the state court in Arlington County, Virginia. ARC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to correct any errors or omissions in any portion of the Site. IN NO EVENT SHALL ARC (OR ANY PERSONS OR ENTITIES RELATED THERETO) BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOST PROFITS OR REVENUES, COSTS OF REPLACEMENT GOODS, LOSS OR DAMAGE TO DATA, COMPUTER FAILURE OR MALFUNCTION CONNECTED WITH OR ARISING FROM OR OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THIS SITE IN ANY WAY OR FROM THE USE OF ANY ARC SERVICE, PROGRAM OR PRODUCTS, OR FOR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM USE OF OR RELIANCE ON THE INFORMATION PRESENTED, EVEN IF ARC (OR ANY PERSONS OR ENTITIES RELATED THERETO) HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

In order to maintain an informative and valuable service for the users of this Site, the following rules have been established to protect against abuse.
