Welcome to the Agent Reporting Agreement (ARA)

This section will introduce you to the recently approved revisions to the Agent Reporting Agreement (ARA) and the Industry Agents' Handbook (IAH). These materials are intended to help you prepare for the related changes that will go into effect in July 2013.

It is ARC's goal to provide our customers with the best possible service and support. We developed these revisions through extensive engagement with dozens of travel agency, airline and travel association leaders throughout the United States. As a result, the updated ARA offers ARC participating agencies more flexible, efficient options for accreditation and daily operations while maintaining the current operational integrity of ARC's reporting and settlement system. We are deeply appreciative of the time spent helping us to better understand the needs of today's travel professionals - thank you one and all.

In this section you will find some FAQs, a summary document highlighting the more significant ARA/IAH changes, and the updated ARA and IAH sections in their entireties. In addition to these documents, we will be offering many scheduled webinars, which will outline the ARA changes in greater detail.
