Arlington, VA - October 2, 2008 - The Board of Directors of Airlines Reporting Corporation (ARC), following consultation with travel agent representatives, has approved a number of changes to the Agent Reporting Agreement ("Agreement"). Please be advised, in accordance with section XXV of the Agreement - Memorandum of Agreement and Alternative Means of Concurrence - these changes will be effective November 10, 2008. Your continued participation with ARC under the Agreement after the November 10, 2008, effective date will serve as acceptance of the aforementioned amendments.
