President and CEO
As President and CEO, Mike Premo plans and leads the execution of ARC's overall corporate strategy. With the help of his Executive Team, he also oversees the company's operations in support of revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Mr. Premo became ARC's President and CEO in June 2011 after serving as the company's Vice President of Business Development, where he managed and guided relationships with all ARC customer groups, including travel agents, Corporate Travel Departments (CTD), carriers, and third parties. In addition, Mr. Premo was responsible for growing ARC's sales program in support of the company's broad range of products and services.
Before joining ARC in 2006, Mr. Premo served as Senior Vice President - Global Network for TQ3 Travel Solutions, as well as holding senior executive positions at Navigant International, TQ3's parent company. He also served as President and CEO of SatoTravel from 1990-1999. Having grown up in Minnesota, Mr. Premo began his industry career at Northwest Airlines after which he first entered the agency business at Gelco Travel. He and his family live in Northern Virginia.
Ann J. Bruder
Vice President and General Counsel
Ann J. Bruder, who came to ARC in 2015, is a legal veteran who has spent more than 25 years in various industries, including commercial aviation. In her role as ARC's VP and General Counsel, Ms. Bruder leads ARC's legal department and advises the company's shareholders, directors, committees and employees on legal matters involving antitrust, bankruptcy, contracts, corporate, and data sharing.
Prior to joining ARC, Bruder served as president of Global Strategic Services, LLC, a provider of strategic corporate, legal and advisory services to multinational corporations. She began her career as an attorney at the law firm of Thompson Coburn LLP in St. Louis. Bruder then moved to the former Continental Airlines, Inc., now United Airlines, Inc., and then American Airlines as its corporate and international counsel. She also recently held senior executive positions at CARBO Ceramics Inc. as general counsel, corporate secretary and chief compliance officer and at Commercial Metals Company, where she was senior vice president, law, government affairs and global compliance, general counsel and corporate secretary.
Bruder is on the board of the Center for American and International Law and the International Women's Forum, Dallas Chapter, and holds a bachelor's degree in journalism/public relations from the University of Wyoming and a Juris Doctor degree from the Washington University School of Law.
Thomas F. Casalino
Vice President - Financial Services and Chief Financial Officer
Thomas Casalino is responsible for strategic leadership of ARC's financial activities, including monitoring and accounting of the company's own financial performance. He ensures that the company meets its financial and liquidity requirements, manages financial settlements with travel agencies and carriers, and oversees ARC's office services.
Before joining ARC in 2008, Casalino served as Vice President and Regional Director for CBIZ Risk & Advisory Services, providing consulting services in risk management, internal audit and Sarbanes Oxley compliance for a diverse set of clients. Tom also held executive and senior financial management positions at Circuit City, Capital One, and Shawmut Bank subsequent to his formative experience at Ernst & Young.
Casalino holds a Bachelors degree from the College of the Holy Cross and achieved Certified Public Accountant and Certified Internal Auditor designations.
Chief Operating Officer
As VP and COO, Lauri Reishus plans and leads the execution of ARC's corporate strategy in Business Operations. With the help of her team of managing directors, she is responsible for functions supporting ARC's customers including sales, marketing, product development, agency and airline participation programs, settlement operations, enterprise data management and customer services. The Business Operations team delivers a wide range of products and business management solutions, generating revenue and improving efficiencies for travel agencies, airlines, and other travel suppliers further increasing the value our customers receive from their relationship with ARC.
Ms. Reishus spent 16 years with SatoTravel/Navigant prior to joining ARC in 2005. She last held the position of Vice President - Account Management with responsibility for some of the firm's largest multi-national clients. Ms. Reishus hails from northern Wisconsin and began her industry career with a short stint at American Airlines before moving to the agency side of the business at Gelco Travel. She and her family live in Northern Virginia.
Chief Human Resources Officer
Eric Barger is responsible for leading the company's talent acquisition, employee development, retention and total rewards programs. As a member of ARC's Executive Team, Dr. Barger spearheads the company's strategy for cultural change and employee advancement.
Dr. Barger came to ARC in September 2016 from Laureate Education, where he served as vice president of talent management. He began his career consulting before moving to Discovery Communications as a manager of talent strategy and organizational development. In the years to follow, he held diverse executive positions focused on human resources at a number of companies including Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Constellation Energy, McCormick & Company and Agora Publishing.
Dr. Barger holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County. He also earned a master's and doctorate degree in industrial/organizational psychology from George Mason University.
Vice President and Chief Information Officer
Dickie Oliver is responsible for setting ARC's information technology, cyber security and disaster recovery strategy. He also helps accelerate and expand the company's settlement and data product deliveries, ensuring ARC continues to provide world-class customer service.
Mr. Oliver came to ARC in October 2016 from Restaurant Supply Chains Solutions, A YUM! Brands Co-op, where he worked in various capacities including Vice President of Global Information Technology, Vice President of Shared Services and Vice President of Infrastructure. He began his career at DuPont / Westinghouse Savannah River Company as a senior systems analyst. Mr. Oliver also served as a consultant and project leader at PowerCerv Corporation.
Mr. Oliver holds a bachelor's of business administration in management and finance as well as a minor in computer science from Eastern Kentucky University. He is also member of the Dartmouth Tuck Business School CIO Executive Council.
